Shipping & Returns/Exchange Commitment

Shipping (U.S. Domestic & Territories)

Shipping is FREE with no order minimums for all US. All orders are generally completed and shipped within 2 business days Monday- Friday. Orders received after 1:00pm Eastern on Fridays or prior to a holiday will be completed on the following business day (excluding holidays). All orders over $65 may be upgraded to priority or UPS shipping based on estimated delivery date.

Remember shipping and delivery times are estimated and vary based on postal and local carrier information.

The buyer is responsible for verifying the delivery address at the time the order is submitted. If a package has been shipped to an address that is incorrect/invalid, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the corrected shipping label.

International shipping may be available depending on location and estimated delivery/cost is provided at check-out.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Please contact us regarding a broken/damaged item, an incorrect item, or a missing item. Document photos along with your order information and send to inscentivebodyoils@gmail.com and we will resolve any issues.

For any returns or exchanges due to any other reason, email us directly first to initiate the process within 30 days.

Refunds

A full refund can be provided after an order is placed prior to the package . An unopened, unused package can be returned for a refund within 30 days after the package has been successfully returned.
